 Pärast esimesed 40 päeva olete teretulnud beebi ja emme jooga tundi. After the 40 days after birth you can join the Baby and Mommy classes.

Beebi ja emme jooga toimub neljapäeviti kl 10:30-11:30.

Hind/price: 8 eur/tund või 35 eur 5-tunni eest.

Võta palun kaasa lapse tekk ja kui soovid oma jooga mat (kohapeal meil on matid). 


Tund koosneb erinevatest osast:
– sünnitusjärgsest joogast emale: jooga mis tugevdab närvisüsteemi, taastab keha, paneb energiat liikuma ning annab jõudu ja vormi tagasi.
– beebi massaaz ja beebi jooga: beebidele väga meeldib ema puudutust, rahustava mantratega hellitad beebi ning paned tema keha liikuma selleks et tema aju, kordinatsioon, tsakrad ja meridiaanid arendaksid.
– meditatsioon ja laulmine: heli vibratsioon on kõige kõrgem ja võimsam viis, kuidas saad oma lapsele õpetada oma hingega kontaktis olema, ning saad enda vibratsiooni tõsta. Mantra laulmine annab sulle jõud, peensus ja säravus et jaksata igapäevase elu lapsega.
– pärast tundi, saame emmede vahel kogemusi jagada (magamisest, söömisest, jne)
– tuleb alati arvestada, et lapsed panevad rütmi paiga ja me austame nende vajadused nii, et iga tund võib ollbeebi joogaa täitsa erinev!

Kaasa palun tekk endale (ja lapsele), vee pudel ja kui soovid midagi näksida. 
Isad, vanaemad, rasedad, õed-vennad, hoidjad jne on teretulnud
* On ka võimalik korraldada sinu juures sinu sõbrannadega (vähemalt 5 korda ja 6 osalejatega).

Take with you your baby’s blanket and if you want also your yoga mat (we provide yoga mats and blankets for you)
 

 
The class consists of:
– postpartum yoga for the mom:  yoga which will softly and gently strengthen your body, your nervous system, relax tense muscles and recover from the birth and pregnancy. The exercises move the energy and also support your body for a good posture while carrying the baby or breastfeeding, and will definitely help you get back in shape.
– Baby massage and baby yoga: babies love their mother’s touch! Now and then I will teach you how to  do gentle and confident massage and exercises to your baby, to the rhythm of mantras. These movements help to develop her brain, coordination, chakras and meridians. 
– Meditation and chanting: Sound vibration and the sound current of mantras are the highest and most powerful way how you can teach your child to be balanced, uplifted and in contact with herself. It also helps you to relax, be in tune with yourself and your baby. Chanting mantras is a powerful tool to cope with everyday challenges of every new mother’s life. 
– After the class we drink tea and we can share experiences, ask questions and chat about common things in the life with a baby (sleeping patterns, introducing food, tiredness, etc) 
– We always take into account that the babies which are present will have different needs every time, so we respect their rhythms, moods, needs and emotions. This means that every class is completely differentbeebi jooga!
