This day of meditation counts for your Level 1 Kundalini yoga teacher training Day of Meditation requierment, as it includes 6+ hours of meditation in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

There are limited spaces available in person.

You can join already for sadhana at 05:00. 

Meditation day starts at 9:00 and ends approximately at 18:30 (all times EEST)

We will be meditating outside, so please bring your yoga mat, etc, and suitable clothes for any kind of weather. 

This meditation day is offered within the framework of the Estonian and Latvian Level 1 Kundalini yoga teacher training, so we have limited spaces available in person.
