Kundalini Yoga as Taught by Yogi Bhajan

2026 SUMMER MEDITATION DAY
Saturday July 18th, 2026
9:00 – 17:30 eastern european time
ZOOM
Work on the mantra Ajai Alai (Ik Achari Chand):
“Your physical body contains subtlety, the beauty of prana maintains your energy and the radiant body gives you infinite success. We have been singing the [Ajai Alai Mantra] of Guru Gobind Singh, the 10th Master. Their permutation and combination polishes your radiant body. Continue this as your practice so you may enter the Age of the Aquarius peacefully and gracefully with strength. Be successful so you can uplift people, and hold on to them so they may reach their destination. Let your spirit awaken! That is what matters.”
– Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan
