5× Kundalini Yoga Winter Course (Online)
January – February 2026

COURSE DESCRIPTION
As we enter 2026, the vibration of the number 6 becomes a powerful ally. Six carries the frequency of grace, justice, fearlessness, and responsibility, not as perfection but as presence under pressure.
This course is an invitation to stop fearing danger outside and instead cultivate the inner strength to Be the Danger: awake, responsive, unarmored.
Not reckless, but alive.
Not defensive, but present.
We train the capacity to live on the edge without losing the center.
Risk, secrecy, chance, luck, fortune, destiny, grace:
this is where our relationship with the unknown begins.
Fear and faith are two sides of the same coin.
Sensitivity can become insecurity…. or intuitive power.
We can live as warriors…. or remain worriers.
We can silence ourselves out of fear… or learn to speak from silence.
This course works deeply with the Arcline, the subtle sensory field that allows us to work to: know the unknown, see the unseen, hear the unheard, know when there is no clear map.
Danger is not harm.
Danger is exposure.
It is the moment when habit, identity, and control no longer protect us.
The nervous system cannot rely on old patterns.
Presence is required.
Danger is the threshold between who we think we are
and who we may become.
Life itself is dangerous because life is transformation.
Without danger, intuition weakens.
Courage atrophies.
Spirituality becomes performance.
This course is about presence without armour.
About cutting through challenges with clarity rather than force.
About learning to stay open where we usually contract.

TEACHER: SUKHDEV KAUR KHALSA

Originally from Mexico, Sukhdev Kaur Khalsa has been guiding students in Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma for over 25 years. Her teaching is rooted in lived practice, devotion, and a deep respect for the transformative power of discipline and grace. Students often experience her presence as steady, precise, and deeply human—inviting both courage and compassion to emerge.
She serves within the Guru Ram Das Ashram and the Dharamsaal School for Kundalini Yoga and Humanology in Estonia, teaches across Europe, and is a lead trainer at the Centro de Kundalini Yoga y Tecnologías del Espíritu in Mexico. She also directs Continuing Education at Miri Piri Academy in Amritsar, India, while returning regularly to India to deepen her studies and service.
Drawing from yogic foundations, humanology, women’s wisdom, and Sikh Dharma, Sukhdev Kaur creates learning spaces where inner strength, fearlessness, and soul radiance can unfold naturally.
