With her particularly warm style, Sukhdev Kaur will be sharing reflections of her family at Miri Piri Academy this past year, as she traveled to the Himalayas and engaged in life in its full intensity in India. With regular visits to the Golden Temple and its amazing architecture, she will share her meditations on life in the west in the context of everyday life near the tropics, to help you explore your priorities in life and what really matters.
Sukhdev Kaur is a long time member of the 3HO Community since the late 1990s. Born in Mexico, she has served for many years as a leader in the community of the Baltics, running the Guru Ram Das Ashram in Estonia, teaching worldwide in the realms of Kundalini yoga, Sikh Dharma and yogic lifestyle. She runs the European Yoga Festival Gurdwara and is president of the European Khalsa Council. She serves on different boards across the global organizations.

This Lecture is organized in the context of the Level 1 Kundalini yoga teachers training in Estonia and Latvia. It is open to all others who are interested to join. The Lecture takes place in English language.
The zoom link will be sent one day before the talk to all who have registered.
