TEACHER: SUKHDEV KAUR KHALSA

Originally from Mexico, Sukhdev Kaur Khalsa has been guiding students in Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma for over 25 years. Her teaching is rooted in lived practice, devotion, and a deep respect for the transformative power of discipline and grace. Students often experience her presence as steady, precise, and deeply human—inviting both courage and compassion to emerge.

She serves within the Guru Ram Das Ashram and the Dharamsaal School for Kundalini Yoga and Humanology in Estonia, teaches across Europe, and is a lead trainer at the Centro de Kundalini Yoga y Tecnologías del Espíritu in Mexico. She also directs Continuing Education at Miri Piri Academy in Amritsar, India, while returning regularly to India to deepen her studies and service.
