With background in biological sciences, I have always been curious about the ways our body can work more efficiently, how can we live longer, stay healthier, think clearer and perform better.
One of the ways I found was certainly Yoga and Meditation that I have been practicing for several years. Later, my path brought me to India where I did yoga with some amazing people and where I have attained my RYS200 Hatha Yoga and Meditation teacher certificate.
I now teach Hatha Yoga Classes for the stronger body and guide Meditation Practice for the happier mind.
All levels are welcomed to attend.
