In the Detox-to-Radiance Spring Retreat we will:

Your retreat leaders

Sukhdev Kaur Khalsa is the Director of the Guru Ram Das Ashram and the Dharamsaal School of Kundalini Yoga and Humanology since 2008. She pioneered from Mexico to Estonia where she shares the technology of Kundalini yoga, Sikh Dharma and works internationally training teachers.

Nishan Priya Kaur is internationally certified (KRI) kundalini yoga teacher/Level2, founder of KalliKodu Yoga Studio & Children’s Yoga Room Soulbird , Karam Kriya numerological advisor. Coordinates group sadhanas of Estonian KYTA sangat and guides 40-day green mono-nutri,on since 2017, inspiring and sharing yogic lifestyle teachings from pregnant women and children to the elderly.

 Javier Hernandez is an expert in promoting indigenous traditions and fostering collaboration among diverse groups worldwide. Since 2004, he has shared the ancient indigenous ritual of Temazcal, holds cacao ceremonies and workshops on the Tzolkin Maya calendar. As a Guardian of the Fire from 2012 to 2018, he was responsible for the care of the sacred fire during all gatherings and ceremonies. Javier also has expertise in traditional Chinese medicine and biomechanical therapy.

The Ashram is an off-grid sustainable community offering experiences in pure natural surroundings of a birch forest. 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Rebirthing Meditation to Clear Childhood Trauma 

In the tradition of Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Rebirthing meditations are powerful kriyas which work on clearing the subconscious from deep wounds that have been inflicted in the past and that are left unresolved. By working in this way, the past is cleared on the cellular level and a higher vibration and true identity is established through the use of mantra and prayer.

Healing the ancestral line: Dynamic at the spiral

A guided process of healing our ancestral heritage by conscious word and action with a group dynamic to support the personal process, ending with a prayer. 

Inner child Meditation: Healing and Nurturing Your Inner Self

Through this meditation practice, participants will experience a greater sense of self-worth and self-confidence, as well as a deep reconnection with their true selves and unlimited potential.

Spring in Mayan Philosophy: Rebirth, Connection with Nature, and Honoring Life 

Participants will be able to delve into the values of Maya culture and reflect on how these concepts can be applied in everyday life. In this class, we explore the concepts of renewal, connection with nature, and the importance of honoring life from a cultural and historical perspective. 

In the Heart of Green Joy

A journey of green lifestyle and purification and a holistic and balancing experience that supports cleansing and balancing both on the level of the physical body and the senses and enables the development of a harmonious sense of oneself and the surrounding world.

In addition to advice, you can experience the supportive effect of yoga and meditation in the cleansing process and prepare delicious green food for lunch.

Green is the color of the heart center, and through physical and emotional balancing, you can also expand in your inner space, getting closer to your true identity – Sat Nam 

Detoxifying and nurturing diet in the retreat

You will get to learn many great recipes throughout the retreat to practice and cook back home. The second day of the retreat we will be doing a green diet.

Exploring Traditional Chinese Medicine: Tips and Practices for your Wellbeing

Join us as we share the fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine and provide tips for managing common syndromes and restoring balance and well-being.

Aquarian Sadhana and Gurdwara

Sadhana is the pratice that makes you a Sadhu- a saint. This is the heart of the practice of Kundalini Yoga. We will be doing this in the early morning, ending with a prayer and Hukam at the Gurdwara which gives that special quality of blessing the day by bringing it to the highest vibration of the Sound and the Word.
